OGAWA COFFEE LABORATORY Subscription Service Cancellation and Return Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been confirmed, please contact the store directly within 7 days of placing the order or before using the service. Please carefully check the contents of your purchase before placing your order.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations in the following cases.
  • After using the service (after receiving the coffee beans)
  • If more than 8 days have passed since your order

    If you cancel as described above, we may charge you a cancellation fee equivalent to one month's service.
    In addition, in the unlikely event that you refuse to receive the item without contacting us, we will be unable to cancel or refund your order. Thank you for your understanding.

    2. Cancellation or suspension of subscription

    If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so by logging in to your My Page and clicking on "Cancel subscription products." Please do so at least three days before your next contract renewal date.
    If you wish to suspend (skip) your service, you will need to cancel your service temporarily at least three days before the next contract renewal date after logging in to your My Page and selecting "Cancel regular product." If you wish to receive the service, you will then need to resubmit your service.

    3. Returns

    We accept returns within 7 days of delivery (this can be extended to a maximum of 14 days if you contact us). However, the cost of returning the product must be borne by the customer. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have become soiled or damaged or that have been processed by the customer. Furthermore, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products that have been eaten. This does not apply in the unlikely event that there is a defect in the product.

    4. Defective Products

    If the product is defective or if there is any damage caused by an accident during delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
    We will exchange it for a new one. We will cover the shipping costs for the return.

    5. Regarding non-returnable items

    • Products that have been delivered more than 7 days ago
    • Products with tags, price tags, labels, etc. removed
    • Products that have been opened or used even once
    • Food (including coffee beans)
    • Products purchased at our stores other than OGAWA COFFEE LABORATORY Azabudai
    • Other products specified by our company
