Kyoto brand food certification mark "Kyoto Ginmi Hyakusen"

Kyoto Ginmi Hyakusen is a treasure brought to you by "food artisans" who have created it with the traditional techniques and wisdom that were born and nurtured in Kyoto. The Kyoto Brand Food Certification Mark is given only to products that have been inspected and meet all the standards set by the Kyoto Prefecture Food Industry Association, a general incorporated association, in order to deliver the "real" taste of Kyoto.

Elegant and delicious coffee

<Kyoto Coffee Commerce and Industry Association Kyoto Brand Food Certification Standards>
Kyoto brand coffee is judged according to a unique scoring standard that defines its flavor as "elegant aroma," "refined mouthfeel," "moderate drinking experience," and "refreshing aftertaste."
*You will pass if you get 7 points or more in each category and a total of 32 points or more for the four categories.
*The evaluation was conducted by qualified taste judges from the Kyoto Coffee Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

How to make it delicious

(1) Gently shake the bag to push the coffee down, then cut it along the cutting line at the top.
(2) Hold the bottom of the hook and spread it out to the left and right to secure it firmly onto the edge of the cup.
(3) Pour in a small amount of hot water, let it steep for about 20 seconds, then pour in hot water in 2-3 batches (you should end up with about 130-140ml).
