This is the only charcoal roasted coffee offered at Ogawa Coffee's directly managed stores. It is a blend of raw Arabica beans with a strong flavor from Brazil and Indonesian Mandheling. Using a relatively small roasting machine, experienced roasters constantly monitor the far-infrared effects and the condition of the beans while roasting. We have paid particular attention to the balance of the smoky flavor unique to charcoal roasting, the rich and fragrant bitterness and sweetness, and the satisfying aftertaste that leaves a lingering aftertaste. Pour in plenty of milk, honey, etc. to enjoy the rich flavor.
