Following on from Sakurashinmachi and Shimokitazawa, OGAWA COFFEE LABORATORY Azabudai is our third store and has now opened inside Azabudai Hills Market, the largest and highest quality food market in Tokyo.
Up until now, OGAWA COFFEE LABORATORY has striven to create a distinctive store that enhances customers' coffee experience.
At the Sakurashinmachi store, you can enjoy the joy of searching for and finding your favorite flavor from the vast lineup.
At the Shimokitazawa store, we don't just select the coffee beans; we share with customers the methods for brewing delicious coffee through the brewing experience, thereby satisfying their curiosity about coffee and evolving the meaning of our brand.
With the newly opened "OGAWA COFFEE LABORATORY Azabudai," we aim to further deepen and evolve the coffee experience, and to co-create emotional value together with our customers.
The concept is "a beans salon where you can make your own original coffee that is one of a kind in the world."
The shop always has more than 10 types of green beans and more than 20 varieties of coffee beans available. From green bean selection to original roasting and custom-made original blends, our baristas act as concierges and support you in making your coffee from scratch using presentation bags that allow for cupping and blend preparation. With a spirit of hospitality, we will help you discover the ideal flavor you have been looking for and create your own unique "ultimate cup of coffee" through a creative and moving experience.
