We will be holding a POP UP event where you can experience the above.
The unique feature of "LINK" is that you don't need to create a roasting profile yourself. By inputting information about the raw beans into the smartphone app, the optimal roasting profile is calculated, and you can roast the beans simply by inputting it into the main unit.
This time, you will have a roasting experience at "LINK" while listening to a lecture by FBC International, and you will be able to taste the coffee immediately after roasting. You will also be able to take home some of the roasted coffee beans (about 30g).
Only one unit will be sold on the day.
Normally, you would need to purchase coffee beans to participate in the experience at the Shimokitazawa store, but you can experience it for just 1,000 yen in the pop-up space inside the store.
