Ogawa Coffee develops "Minamiyamashiro Village Blueberry Tart"
Using rabbiteye blueberries harvested from the Ueda Blueberry Field, one of the specialties of Minamiyamashiro Village, the only village in Kyoto Prefecture, we have developed products with the cooperation of students from Kasagi Junior High School, run by the Minamiyamashiro Village Soraku Eastern Regional Union, with the hope of connecting them to the future.
Please enjoy the crispy and fragrant cookie tart, created together with Minamiyamashiro Village and baked at Ogawa Coffee Katada Workshop, which brings out the deliciousness of blueberries.
・I like it because it's not too sweet, just the right amount of sweetness.
・Maybe it's good to eat the tart itself and the blueberries together?
-The slightly sour taste of the blueberries went perfectly with the sweetness of the cookie dough.
・The tart was a little hard, but it was crunchy and delicious.
・The vividness of the blueberries really stood out.
