Lemonade Coffee Cream Soda
Coffee cream soda with a refreshing lemon scent.

❶ Put the cream and cafe au lait base in a saucepan and heat until just before boiling. Add the marshmallows, turn off the heat and let them melt over the residual heat. (Once melted, do not over-stir.)

Easy to make authentic coffee jelly in the microwave.
Arrange! You can also add whipped cream or ice cream if you like.
❶ Soak the gelatin in water (30g) for about 10 minutes.
❷ Put the cafe au lait base, water (100g), and sugar in a heat-resistant bowl and microwave at 500W for 4 minutes (until it is piping hot).
❸ Mix the sugar from ② until it dissolves, then add ① and mix again until it dissolves. Pour into your favorite container, chill and it's done.
