Product Description
We spent 18 months developing this cup with top baristas, aiming to create a unique cup that would be perfect for baristas to draw latte art in.
Its iconic shape has made it one of the most iconic cups in coffee culture.
This is a simple and modern cup without the handle, while retaining the functionality of the LN.

This product will be delivered in a case (containing 6 pieces).

Product Features
●Easy to pour - The smooth curved design of the inside of the cup does not disrupt the surface of the latte art.
This allows baristas greater control over the pouring of milk.
●High heat retentionThe base is thicker than that of a regular cup, so it has excellent heat retention.
●Comfortable mouthfeel: The shape is adjusted to be thinner towards the mouth, making it comfortable to drink.
●High durability: A highly durable cup is created by firing at a higher temperature than usual.

notNeutral
RIOS, an architectural design firm based in Los Angeles, USA, launched Knot Neutral in 2001. They developed their cups from the four perspectives of "functionality," "relevance to objects," "individuality," and "culture," and after working with top baristas to design them, they used technology in a trial and error process. They designed the cups for specialty coffee, with curves based on fluid dynamics, an ergonomic relationship between the action of holding the cup and the handle, and the optimal distance between the face and the cup to enjoy the aroma of the coffee.
