Brazil Santuario Sul Natural Anaerobic Drip Coffee

商品説明
This drip-type coffee allows you to easily enjoy coffee one cup at a time by simply pouring in hot water. 15g of coffee is used per cup. It can extract approximately 220ml of coffee, making it recommended for customers who want to drink a lot of coffee.
Santuario Sur coffee has an extraordinary impact in aroma and flavor. Because the coffee cherries are harvested with the same Brix value (sugar content), the clear, rich sweetness firmly supports the fine acidity. Grape juice, American cherry, red apple, ruby grapefruit, hibiscus tea... It's not just sweet. It has an exquisite balance with the refreshing acidity like fresh fruit juice. The flavor derived from anaerobic fermentation is not too strong, making it a fermentation coffee that is gentle even for coffee novices. (Yoshikawa Toshiko/Chief Barista)
■Santuario Sur Farm
The Santuario Sur farm was conceived by Luiz Paulo, president of Carmo Coffees and former president of the Brazilian Specialty Coffee Association (BSCA), and was launched with the cooperation of Camilo, a specialty coffee producer in Colombia.
It was named Santuario Sur (Sul means south in Portuguese) after the Santuario farm in Colombia owned by Camilo.
We cultivate over 30 varieties, including rare varieties, and practice advanced coffee cultivation using the latest technology in Brazil.
■Selection method: Natural Anaerobic
The fully ripe red Geisha cherries are 100% hand-picked and washed by experienced pickers, then sprinkled with a proprietary natural yeast and fermented in a tank for 72 hours with a lid on, without exposure to outside air. As the fermentation of the cherries progresses, the oxygen concentration in the tank decreases, and the coffee cherries in the tank undergo intracellular fermentation (anaerobic fermentation), which is different from normal fermentation. This produces a rich, sweet flavor and a fine acidity.
