OGAWA'S MONTHLY COFFEE

Tradition and Innovation in Brazil, the World's Largest Coffee Producer

Brazil

Cantagalo Farm is committed to traditional, environmentally friendly coffee production on land inherited from their ancestors, while Santuario Sur Farm is challenging itself with innovative coffee production in new production areas using the latest technology. They are cultivating unique coffees based on their own ideas in the world's largest producing country. Please enjoy the flavors that are born from their passion and hard work.

Brazil

Brazil is the world's largest coffee producer, currently accounting for about one-third of global production. Brazil is also the most industrialized coffee-producing country, with most of the harvesting and production processes mechanized. The method of harvesting by machine and then sorting is rare in the world. Due to the vast plains and relatively dry climate, the natural method is the mainstream for coffee selection, but in recent years, an increasing number of farms are working on innovative cultivation and various selection methods. Brazilian coffee is characterized by a soft bitterness and unique aroma.

To allow you to enjoy OGAWA'S MONTHLY COFFEE easily, some products are sold as drip coffee.
The capacity per cup is 15g, which is more than that of regular drip coffee. Not only can you extract a lot of coffee, but you can also expand the range of recipes. For example, you can make a rich extract with a small amount of hot water and make it clear by adding more hot water. Or you can extract it at a slightly higher temperature to get a rich but clear taste, and enjoy it according to its characteristics, preferences, and how you drink it.
Please enjoy the flavor that Ogawa Coffee strives to bring out the natural characteristics of the beans.

The designers at Ogawa Coffee independently selected traditional Japanese colors that are representative of Kyoto. They chose a subdued color scheme that evokes the image of Kyoto coffee artisans.

OGAWA'S MONTHLY COFFEE logo

In order to deliver delicious coffee, it is very important to have connections with far-flung producing areas.
Coffee that is born from a "circle" of relationships with the producing areas is extracted with the concentrated feelings of the land where it was born and raised and the people who grew it.
This logo mark is based on the image of a "circle" of such relationships and a "drop" of feelings.
