About Turkish Coffee

Turkish coffee is a drink made by boiling finely ground coffee beans in a small metal pot called an ibrik (cezve) to extract the coffee. It spread from Istanbul in the mid-16th century to Europe and the Middle East. In 2013, it was registered as an intangible cultural heritage by UNESCO as coffee played an important role in the formation of Turkish culture, attracting attention.

What is STC (Specialty Turkish Coffee)?

An equipment brand established by Turgay Yildizla, 2013 World Cezve/Ibrik Champion. By "boiling" high-quality coffee (specialty coffee), water, and equipment, they achieve an excellent taste that is hard to find anywhere else. While preserving the tradition and atmosphere of Turkish coffee of the past, you can experience the high quality of coffee and the world view of Turkish coffee. There is an extraction method unique to STC.
