After-mix manufacturing method

Rather than roasting blended beans with different characteristics in the same way, we roast them separately to bring out the best in the condition and flavor of the beans. We also roast the same type of beans to different depths of intensity to bring out subtle differences in their characteristics and give the beans their own unique flavor and aroma before blending them together.

At Ogawa Coffee, we place great importance on the selection and procurement of the coffee beans we use to deliver genuine, valuable products to our customers. The coffee beans used at Ogawa Coffee have mainly been "ARK", beans exclusive to Ogawa Coffee that meet our own unique standards. We carefully select the ingredients we use to ensure that they match the taste we seek and can continue to provide stable quality. We also value our connections with coffee-producing countries, especially with the producers, and continue to discuss the matter until we are both satisfied, striving to achieve even better quality.
We have reviewed our standards and have made it possible for all the coffee beans we use to be "ARK", Ogawa Coffee's exclusive beans.

Point 2. Expressing diverse flavors in an easy-to-understand "positioning map"

In 2017, we introduced taste sensors to the Ogawa Coffee Factory to enable objective evaluation of coffee taste, in addition to sensory testing by qualified personnel. We have created a taste positioning map to clearly represent the five diverse blends of Ogawa Coffee Shop.

Point 3: Uses environmentally friendly packaging materials

We use environmentally friendly "mechanically recycled PET*" for our packaging materials.
*Mechanically recycled PET is made by crushing and cleaning used PET bottles, melting them at high temperatures, reducing the pressure, filtering, etc., and turning them back into PET resin. Compared to non-recycled PET film, this reduces CO2 emissions up to the material manufacturing stage by approximately 40%.

How to make a delicious cup: (1) Gently shake the bag to push the coffee to the bottom and cut it along the cutting line at the top.
(2) Hold the bottom of the hook and spread it out to the left and right to secure it firmly onto the edge of the cup.
(3) Pour in a small amount of hot water, let it steep for about 20 seconds, then pour in hot water in 2-3 batches (you should end up with about 130-140ml).
