Specialty coffee has wonderful flavor characteristics and is recognized as a rare and valuable product. The Specialty Coffee Blend Series is made from beans from carefully selected coffee farms, taking advantage of the distinctive characteristics of the beans themselves.

This blended coffee has a fragrant aroma like butter toast and a gentle sweetness like milk caramel. The main farm we work with is the Brazilian Hainha Farm.

Unique taste created by a pioneer in Brazil <br>Rainha Farm is one of the farms owned by the Sertaozinho Group, and thoroughly analyzes altitude, soil, and amount of sunlight, and based on the results, finely divides the cultivated varieties and selection methods. This meticulous approach has produced unique, high-quality coffee. The Sertaozinho Group is known as a pioneer in Brazil, where natural processing was the mainstream, and was one of the first to adopt the pulped natural method. Since around 2000, the group has focused on production in small plots, and its high quality has been recognized, leading to multiple Cup of Excellence awards. In 2023, it will be the first to win the championship since 2011.

This blended coffee is characterized by a red grape-like aroma and a rich sweetness like yellow peach. The main farm we work on is the Buenos Aires Farm in El Salvador.
Farm manager Ida Battle is famous for producing high quality coffee. The farm is located at a high altitude and has a large temperature difference between day and night, so the coffee ripens slowly.
What is Specialty Coffee?
The flavor of the coffee liquid in the cup held by the consumer (coffee drinker) is excellent and the consumer evaluates it as delicious and is satisfied with the coffee. The deliciousness of coffee with excellent flavor is characterized by a distinctive and impressive flavor characteristic, a refreshing and bright acidity characteristic, and a lingering coffee sensation that fades into a sweet sensation. Characteristics of Specialty Coffee Blend Drip Coffee
In order to allow you to enjoy the unique flavor of specialty coffee, we use a generous 15g of coffee per cup (compared to our other products).
How to make it delicious
(1) Gently shake the bag to push the coffee down, then cut it along the cutting line at the top.
(2) Hold the bottom of the hook and spread it out to the left and right to secure it firmly onto the edge of the cup.
(3) Pour in a small amount of hot water, let it steep for about 20 seconds, then pour in hot water in 2 or 3 batches (you should end up with about 220ml).
