You will receive 2-3 types of coffee from the 22+ varieties available at OGAWA COFFEE LABORATORY, totaling 500g per month, at the OGAWA COFFEE LABORATORY Azabudai store. *This service allows you to enjoy coffee at a discount from the regular price.
Regarding subscription services
- This service is available from the time of purchase. The contract period begins one month after the date of purchase.
*If the update date is after the end of the month, the last day of the month will be considered the update date. Thank you for your understanding.
Example 1) Joined (purchased) at 16:55 on January 2nd → Updated around 16:00 on February 2nd Example 2) Joined (purchased) at 21:13 on January 31st → Updated around 21:00 on February 29th * Minutes are rounded down. 16:26 → 16:00, 17:45 → 17:00
- The contract is automatically renewed.
- If you wish to cancel or suspend your subscription after applying, please contact the store directly.
- Products will be handed over at the OGAWA COFFEE LABORATORY Azabudai store.
- Please pick up your order at the store within the month that the service applies.
- When receiving your product, be sure to present your subscription membership page to the staff.
- When paying for the service, you cannot purchase products together with those from the "Ogawa Coffee Official Online Shop" or the "OGAWA COFFEE LABORATORY Online Shop Site."
- To use this service, you must register for the OGAWA COFFEE official app "App Members."
- The points you earn by subscribing to this service can be used at the "Ogawa Coffee Official Online Shop" and the "OGAWA COFFEE LABORATORY Online Shop Site." Please note that you cannot use these points in-store.
- Please note that the contents of our coffee beans may change without notice due to changes in harvest volume caused by climate change, fluctuations in market prices, delays in logistics, natural disasters, etc.

Q1 Can I have it delivered?
No. Orders can only be picked up at the OGAWA COFFEE LABORATORY Azabudai store.
Q2 Can I receive my coffee on different days?
No, we can't. We will give you the whole amount (500g) at once.
Q3 Is there a pick-up period for the product? Also, do I need to contact you in advance to receive it?
There is no need to contact us in advance. Please pick up the item during the store's business hours during the contract period.
Q4 What happens if I forget to pick up the product during the contract period?
You cannot receive the item beyond the contract period.
If your circumstances make it difficult for you to visit the store, please contact the store in advance.
Q5 Can I choose the products?
No. We offer a lineup that allows you to enjoy the unique characteristics of each coffee.
Q6 What should I do if I want to cancel my contract?
Please contact the store by closing time 3 days before the contract renewal date.
Example: Contract renewal date is April 6th ⇒ Please contact us by April 3rd.
*For those signing up after the 29th, the contract renewal date is the 28th of each month.
