Buenos Aires Farm, El Salvador
Farm manager Ida Battle is famous for producing high quality coffee. The farm is located at a high altitude and has a large temperature difference between day and night, so the coffee ripens slowly.

Carefully selected ingredients from coffee-producing regions around the world

The flavor of coffee beans is created by the environment, variety, and passion of the producer. Among them, specialty coffee with a particularly wonderful flavor is recognized as a rare and valuable item. At Ogawa Coffee, we communicate with producers and deliver coffee that pursues deliciousness.

Ogawa Coffee has always been searching for delicious coffee and has continued to select coffee beans. In the 2000s, we increased the number of opportunities to visit coffee-producing countries, to see the environment and people who produce the coffee we select, to communicate our thoughts and listen to the thoughts of others, and to build long-term, good partnerships with people who share our views.

What is Specialty Coffee?

The flavor of the coffee liquid in the cup held by the consumer (coffee drinker) is excellent and the consumer evaluates it as delicious and is satisfied with the coffee. The deliciousness of coffee with excellent flavor is characterized by a distinctive and impressive flavor characteristic, a refreshing and bright acidity characteristic, and a lingering coffee sensation that fades into a sweet sensation.
