■ Honest quality and taste

Beleda Farm began growing coffee in 1987 under David Ottoni, the first president of the Brazilian Specialty Coffee Association (BSCA). The farm has had a long and deep relationship with Japan and is well-known in Japan. Currently, the farm is managed by his third son, Carlos Ottoni Filho. Due to his solid and earnest personality, he is serious about managing the farm, and this item uses water to sort the harvested cherries to ensure uniform ripeness. By preventing the mixing of immature or overripe coffee cherries and selecting cherries of the same ripeness, it creates a uniform taste.

The Arara variety is a natural cross between Catuai and Obatão. Its fruits are yellow and take about two months longer to ripen than other common varieties in Brazil, and it is resistant to rust and cold.
