This is a special subscription service for residents of Azabudai Hills Residence. Not only will you receive coffee carefully selected by our baristas after consultation with you, but you can also enjoy discounts on in-store products and one carefully selected take-out coffee per day.
In addition, a barista from our store will visit you at home to suggest coffee that suits your tastes and give you a lesson on how to brew it.

1. Delivering carefully selected coffee
We always have more than 22 types of coffee available from OGAWA COFFEE LABORATORY. We deliver 200g per week (800g per month) to your home every week, including rare brands created together with producers and coffee beans purchased at competitions around the world.

2. Discover new coffee through counseling
Upon delivery, our barista will provide a consultation and not only suggest coffee that suits your needs, but also analyze your preferences and lifestyle to suggest new coffee experiences for you.

3. Barista home visit
We will come to your home and suggest and implement a variety of coffee experiences.
For reservations, please call or speak to a staff member when you visit the store.

・Proposal of equipment, cups and cutlery related to coffee that suits customer preferences

If you wish, you can use the service once a week (once every 7 days) from the date of your contract, up to a maximum of four times per month (contract period).

4. Free take-out coffee every day
When you visit our stores, we will provide you with one complimentary cup of take-out coffee per day (hot coffee: House Blend Kyoto, iced coffee: Organic Iced Coffee).

5. Long-term membership benefits: A free gift of the professionally approved coffee scale acaia
Customers who use our service for four or more months will receive an OGAWA COFFEE LABORATORY original scale, "acaia Pearl - OGAWA COFFEE ORIGINAL -".

Regarding subscription services

• This service is available from the time of purchase. The contract period begins one month after the date of purchase.

• The contract is automatically renewed.
• If you wish to cancel or suspend your subscription after applying, please contact the store directly.
  
• Products will be handed over at the OGAWA COFFEE LABORATORY Azabudai store.
• Please pick up your order at the store within the month that the service applies.
• When receiving your product, be sure to present your subscription membership page to the staff.
• When paying for the service, you cannot purchase products together with those from the "Ogawa Coffee Official Online Shop" or the "OGAWA COFFEE LABORATORY Online Shop Site."
• To use this service, you must register for the OGAWA COFFEE official app "App Members."
• The points you earn by subscribing to this service can be used at the "Ogawa Coffee Official Online Shop" and the "OGAWA COFFEE LABORATORY Online Shop Site." Please note that you cannot use these points in-store.

Q1 Can I choose the coffee beans?
Yes, you can. We will provide counseling and suggest the type of coffee to deliver.

Q2 What happens if I don't receive my coffee beans?
You cannot collect your order beyond the contract period. If your circumstances make it difficult for you to collect your order, please contact the store in advance.

Q3 Can you grind the beans for me?
We will grind it to your desired grain size.

Q4 Can I choose a drink other than those listed for the free take-out coffee?
No. Please choose from Hot Coffee House Blend Kyoto or Iced Coffee Organic Iced Coffee.

Q5 What should I do if I want to cancel my contract?
Please contact the store by closing time 3 days before the contract renewal date.

Example: Contract renewal date is April 6th ⇒ Please contact us by April 3rd.
*For those signing up after the 29th, the contract renewal date is the 28th of each month.
