Coffee from a specialty store created by a "Kyoto coffee artisan"

The shop inherits the taste of a specialty store that has been refined and passed down since its founding in 1952. The "Ogawa Coffee Shop Series" is made using "ARK", a special bean that meets the shop's own standards in pursuit of the coffee producing region and the real taste, and is made using an after-mix method that makes the most of the beans' individuality.

Taste comment

A blend with a refreshing aroma and clean taste. The "ARK Kilimanjaro" used in the blend is grown at high altitude in the Moshi region at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro in northern Tanzania. The coffee beans have a high cupping rating and are managed consistently from cultivation and harvesting to selection.

Positioning Map

Just looking at the name doesn't tell you exactly what the flavor is. This taste positioning map is for those who want to choose with confidence. Ogawa Coffee started this with the idea of "We want people to enjoy delicious coffee at home", and this map shows the flavor trends of Ogawa Coffee at a glance. Ogawa Coffee Shop Series Taste Positioning Map

Ogawa Coffee uses ARK beans exclusively for this product.

ARK is a mark of coffee beans exclusively for Ogawa Coffee that meet our unique standards. In order to continue to deliver delicious coffee to more people, we carefully select the ingredients we use to ensure that they match the taste we are looking for and can be delivered to our customers stably. We also value our connections with coffee-producing countries, especially with the "producers," and we continue to strive for better quality by discussing with each other until we are both satisfied.

After-mix manufacturing method

Rather than roasting blended beans with different characteristics in the same way, we roast them separately to bring out the best in the condition and flavor of the beans. We also roast the same type of beans to different depths of intensity to bring out subtle differences in their characteristics and give the beans their own unique flavor and aroma before blending them together.

After Mix

Uses environmentally friendly packaging materials

We use environmentally friendly "mechanically recycled PET*" for our packaging materials.
*Mechanically recycled PET is made by crushing and cleaning used PET bottles, melting them at high temperatures, reducing the pressure, filtering, etc., and turning them back into PET resin. Compared to non-recycled PET film, this reduces CO2 emissions up to the material manufacturing stage by approximately 40%.

*The coffee bean mix may change without notice depending on price fluctuations, weather and other production conditions, etc. Thank you for your understanding.
